A local healthcare provider in Harrogate is seeking an enthusiastic person to join their Dermatology team. The role involves providing direct patient care in a busy department and supporting various clinical tasks. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be flexible, and have a commitment to maintaining patient dignity. This position offers a clear path for progression from Band 2 to Band 3 following training.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person to work flexibly in our busy department. The successful candidate will start in the role as Band 2 and will progress to Band 3 once training is complete.
Work as a member of the team, carrying out tasks that involve direct patient care in support of registered nurses and medical staff in clinics. Assist in clinics and with surgical procedures according to agreed policies. Support the reception of patients, relatives and visitors, ensuring privacy and dignity are maintained at all times. Maintain the patient's dignity and self‑respect at all times, delivering a high standard of care and promoting patient safety, effective care and a positive patient experience throughout the patient's journey.
Excellent organisational, time‑management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative. Open to change and interested in personal development. Effective communication skills, flexibility within the department, and appreciation of confidentiality principles.
