A leading housing association in Lurgan is seeking a Care & Support Assistant to plan and deliver activities that enhance resident's wellbeing. Responsibilities include personal care support and ensuring dietary needs are met. Candidates must demonstrate literacy, numeracy, and teamwork skills. This role offers a permanent contract with 20 hours per week and various employee benefits.
The Care & Support Assistant – Activities will plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of activities in support of the cognitive and physical wellbeing of residents/service users.
Part of the role will also be to deliver care and support services which will help to promote the welfare and wellbeing of our residents and safeguard them from harm. This includes tasks such as assisting with personal care, supporting staff with mobility issues and ensuring that our resident’s dietary needs are met.

We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.
