We are recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to support an a client with an acquired brain injury.
Support to meet the following outcomes:
For the cleint to live in a well maintained, clean, safe & habitable environment.
The clientrequires support to access thelocal community and to engage in activities of theirchoice.
Support with food shopping every week, to budget and compose a meal plan to allow themto eat a healthy nutritious diet.
Support with making appointments, liaising with other professionals and also to collect her weekly prescription.

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to enable them to live the life they choose (where possible) to promote their independence. Your role will include, companionship, supporting with housework, running errands and supporting with preparing and cooking meals. Administering medication may be required.
Skills and Experience required of our Care Support Assistant:
You are required to have good communicationskills and have a desire to care for others. Possessing a UK full driving license and having some previous experience would be advantageous.
