Job summary

Care South is recruiting a Care & Support Assistant at Talbot View Residential Home in Bournemouth. We welcome compassionate people, even with no prior care experience; customer service or community work is valuable.

Roles include full-time, part-time, and bank shifts, 08:00–20:00, with alternate weekend work. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training, joining a team that upholds the HEART values—Honesty, Excellence, Approach, Respect and Teamwork.

Qualifications

Hours: Full Time - Part Time & Bank

Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 20:00, to include alternate weekend working
