A luxury elderly care provider in Chipping Barnet is seeking a Care Supervisor to manage a team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered. You will be responsible for monitoring residents' progress, addressing concerns, and providing support to families. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 qualification and experience in a senior care role. This position requires night shifts and a commitment to the organization's values.

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. Other responsibilities will include promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

Shift pattern details; NIGHT SHIFT - 12 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, flexibility required to suit business needs
