Job summary

Somerset Care Group in Exeter is seeking a Care Supervisor at Green Tree Court to lead a team delivering person-centred care for residents, including those with dementia. You will create care plans, supervise medication management, and ensure audits and best practices are followed, while guiding the team to the highest standards of care in a not-for-profit, disability-confident employer environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (or those willing to work towards Level 3).
• Experience in care and support, including dementia care and residential care settings.
• Proven experience in team leading, providing leadership, conducting medication management, and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Familiarity with end-to-end medication audits, ordering, and administering medication.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for people.

Responsibilities
