Job summary

Somerset Care Limited in England seeks a Care Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centred care for residents, including those with dementia, and to oversee medication management and audits. The role includes creating care plans, assisting with mealtimes, and promoting best practices across the team.

You will provide strong leadership in a multi-disciplinary setting, supporting quality care delivery, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards Level 3).
• Experience in care and support, including dementia care and residential care settings.
• Proven experience in team leading, providing leadership, conducting medication management, and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Familiarity with end-to-end medication audits, ordering, and administering medication.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for people
