Job description

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing, supporting, and guiding a team within our Care Services department. Your focus will be on ensuring that our residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activities.

Job responsibilities

• Package Description: Shift details: 2 x positions available, 1 for 33 hours, 1 x 44 hours, 8am till 8:15pm.
• Promote and deliver high quality person-centred care to residents.
• Closely monitor and report on residents' daily progress, ensuring observations and interventions are recorded.
• Deal with concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner.
• Provide ongoing support for residents, their families and the Care Services Team.
• Manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards.
