Care Supervisor – Austen Allen Homecare is an award-winning homecare provider, recognised for delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Dartford, Gravesham, Medway, and Margate. We are looking to employ a dedicated and passionate Care Supervisor to join our friendly, fast-paced team. Duties
  • Creating and scheduling staff rotas.
  • Liaising effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
  • Providing hands-on support in the community where necessary. (Including evenings and weekends)
  • Assisting with the out-of-hours, on-call phone (Pro-rota basis).
  • Supporting and mentoring Care Professionals to deliver outstanding care.
Essential Requirements
  • A full driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Previous experience in care.
  • Flexibility to work care shifts in the community.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
  • Level 2 (or higher) Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Experience with mental capacity assessments
  • Understanding of CQC requirements
  • Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping
Hours & Location

This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility and availability for alternate weekends. We cover the following areas: Rainham, Sittingbourne, Kemsley, Faversham, and the surrounding areas as needed.
