Job summary

A UK-based charity providing care is looking for a dedicated team leader to deliver person-centred care to residents in Malvern. Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a team and administering medication.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to form positive relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to situations and recognize/report safeguarding concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care to maintain residents' dignity and independence.
  • Lead a team in providing quality, individualised care.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow medication procedures.
  • Conduct supervisions and appraisals for staff.
