Qualifications

  • Experience of Deputy or Resource Link systems.
  • Strong communication skills to develop working relationships.
  • Ability to recognize safeguarding signs and report concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance related to Flex Force resources.
  • Coordinate Flex Force colleagues to cover shifts in Care Homes.
  • Work as part of an on-call team for out of hours support.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Understanding of social care workforce
