Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure high-quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence, choice, and positive outcomes.
• Foster a positive safeguarding and learning culture built on openness, honesty, and transparency.
• Champion and embed the Adult Care Positive Culture Pledge and core care principles in everyday practice.
• Oversee the creation and regular review of individualised support plans to ensure they remain relevant and person‑focused.
• Manage service performance and profitability through effective budgeting, cost control, and maintaining high occupancy levels.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, health and safety, financial, and organisational standards.
