Care Services Administrator 37.5 hours per week

Starting salary 24267 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to 24873 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and resourceful administrator to provide vital support across both our Luton and Bedford locations.

Are you :
  • A confident communicator with a proactive working approach willing to provide cross cover to other team members when needed.
  • An experienced administrator proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook Word and Excel) with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively or on your own initiative with a strong customer focus.

  • Administration
  • Microsoft Office
  • SystmOne (this is not essential as training can be provided)
Your role with us

This is a flexible location-based role with approximately 2 days a week based at our Bedford site and 3 at our Luton site. This will be on a flexible rota and could change weekly depending on service needs.

Your role will focus on supporting the day-to-day activities helping our nursing and clinical teams to focus on providing great care. It will be important to build good working relationships while ensuring there is effective communication across the services and site locations.
