Location: Norfolk, Sprowston Community hub
Salary: £30,532.50 per annum Full-Time, 37 hours per week

This is a new role and we’re looking for three Care Quality Coordinators to join our company at various sites across Norfolk — someone who thrives on following clear processes, values accuracy and consistency, and has the people skills to advocate for our customers with warmth and professionalism. This is not a hands‑on care role, but it is absolutely pivotal to the success of our service. You’ll ensure that every customer has a clear, up-to-date support plan that reflects their needs, preferences, and aspirations. Your work will help keep people safe, empower our teams, and ensure we deliver outstanding services every day.
This role is subject to an appropriate level DBS and recruitment compliance checks. It is essential that the role holder has a full UK driving licence and full business insurance to use their vehicle for work.
