Home Instead Maidstone is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to support clients in Headcorn, Harrietsham, Lenham, Charing, Marden and Sutton Valence. You will provide non-medical care and companionship, helping clients stay independent at home with person‑centred support.

Average visits are long, with friendly training from an accredited living wage employer. This role focuses on meaningful connection and high-quality care for older adults in the local community.

Qualifications

• Becoming a Care Pro with Home Instead is about being with clients to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their own homes.
• Provide support that is tailored to each client and help them stay independent.
• Engage with clients to offer conversation, light activities and daily living assistance.
