Job summary

Home Instead offers care in the client's home, helping individuals stay independent while receiving professional support. We are seeking Care Professionals who are kind, compassionate and reliable, delivering regular one-hour visits to build relationships with clients and their families in the comfort of the Client's home.

We provide full training to ensure you gain the skills to deliver high-quality care, including companionship, daily assistance, and palliative care where needed.

Qualifications

• Care experience is useful but not always necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality in-home care to clients in their own homes.
• See the same clients each week with a minimum of one-hour visits to build trust and routines.

By providing this much-needed service, we are helping older people to remain at home for longer. This keeps families together, offers companionship to ageing adults who are socially isolated, and ensures they receive the very best care in the place where they feel most comfortable.

Care experience is useful but not always necessary, as we provide full training to ensure you gain the necessary skills to provide care confidently and competently, so you can be proud of the high-quality care you deliver to your clients.

Additional Information

We’re looking for Care Professionals who are kind and compassionate and who, by understanding our values and our mission, are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care. To ensure continuity for both Clients and Care Professionals, you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum one hour visits, enabling you to build a relationship and a routine focused around quality of life in the comfort of the Client’s home.
