Job summary

Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of care and companionship services, helping clients remain independent at home. CARE Professionals receive award-winning training and ongoing support, with accredited training in Dementia, Parkinson’s and End of Life care.

Two client visits are part of the role, with care plans that may include personal care, medication assistance, accompanying clients to appointments or shops, and meal preparation.

Qualifications

• Paid comprehensive training provided to all CARE Professionals.
• Experience or training in senior care is beneficial and valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Help with medications as required.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for clients.

Job Description

Two client visits are never the same. Care plans may include:

• Personal care, helping your client to wash and dress, or help with self-care
• Help with medications
• Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
• Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation

Qualifications

We provide comprehensive, paid training to all our CARE Professionals, however if you do have experience or training that you would like to put into practice, you will find helping seniors is a highly rewarding way to use your skills!
