Home Instead Bradford & West Leeds is seeking friendly Care Professionals to deliver compassionate, relationship-led home care. You’ll provide high-quality visits with a one-hour minimum, supported by fully paid training and an office team ready to help.

We cover Bradford and West/North Leeds, with part-time, full-time, or guaranteed-hour contracts, paid mileage, and enhanced pay on Bank Holidays. Enjoy discounts, an EAP and a welcoming, community-focused workplace.

• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.

£13.25–£14.25 per hour (with enhanced pay on Bank Holidays)

Our approach to care is simple: we match our clients with Care Professionals they trust, who take the time to build genuine relationships. That’s why our visits are never rushed — and why our team love what they do.

No two visits are the same, because no two clients are the same. You’ll be providing high-quality, one-hour minimum care that’s tailored to each person’s needs. Your visits may include:

Helping with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)

Supporting with medication and meal preparation

Light housework and laundry

Driving clients to appointments, shops, or social outings

Sharing meaningful companionship and conversation

Qualifications

We’re looking for kind, caring people with a passion for making life better for others. You don’t need professional experience — we’ll provide full, paid training and support every step of the way.

What you must have:

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car
(due to the rural nature of some client visits and need to travel between them)

The right to work in the UK
(we are not currently able to offer VISA sponsorship)
