A leading non-medical care provider in Rugby seeks dedicated Care Professionals to assist clients with personal care tasks and companionship. Ideal candidates are compassionate, possess good conversational skills, and enjoy engaging with their community. With competitive pay ranging from £13 to £14 per hour and flexible working hours, this role provides an opportunity to make a difference in clients' lives. Fully paid training and ongoing support are provided, fostering a warm and community-oriented environment.

Job Description

Day to day Care Professionalresponsibilities can include:

· Assisting with personal care, helping your client wash and dress.

· Meal preparation and light house work

· Accompanying your client to appointments

What we provide:

One hour minimum visits with clients to allow time to care, complete tasks without rushing and get to know your clients.

Matching of Care Professionals and clients based on mutual interests and hobbies, so there is never something short to talk about and you can provide more personalised support.

Fully paid training, mentor systems for the first 12 weeks, then continued 24/7 support from our office.
