Lofthouse Surgery is seeking a Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our busy team at Lofthouse Site and The Manse Rothwell Site. The role is 30 hours per week across five days (Mon-Fri), 12:30–18:30.
Flexibility to work between sites and hours is required within the practice day of 07:45–18:30. The successful candidate will be first point of contact for patients, providing both face-to-face and telephone support, with reception/customer service experience desirable.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Navigator / Receptionist to join our busy team, working at both our Lofthouse Site and The Manse, our Rothwell Site.
The practice working day is between 07:45 and 18:30, the successful applicant will be willing to work flexibly when needed.
Care Navigators are the first line of contact with our patients and visitors. This is a varied role that includes face to face and telephone contact with patients as well as administrative duties.
You will work as part of a team of Care Navigators, maintaining a high quality and efficient service for the patients, Doctors and Nurses.
Reception experience/customer service is desirable, but training will be given to the successful candidate.
Our surgery provides care to over 11,000 patients across 2 sites: Lofthouse Surgery and The Manse Surgery. We have 9 Doctors, 4 qualified Nurses and 3 Health Care Assistants who work at the practice, along with our Care Navigation & Administration team.
We are a member of the NHS Leeds Integrated Care Board and we are also a member of the Leeds 25/26 Primary Care Network.
