Job summary

Helping Hands is hiring a Registered Care Manager to lead a local care branch in the Bromley region. You will guide teams, oversee safe, personalised care and uphold regulatory standards while developing services and relationships with key partners.

You will drive performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Finance to deliver excellent outcomes for customers and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams in care settings.
  • Strong communication with internal and external partners.
  • Commercial awareness with budgets and KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Outstanding planning and organisation in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working with third-party providers or contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the branch with warmth and clarity, building a high-performing team.
  • Ensure outstanding care delivery across visits, respite and Live-in services.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and drive a right first time culture.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve great customer outcomes.
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and seek efficiency improvements.
  • Support Area Care Manager and peers by sharing best practice.
