As Care Manager, you'll work closely with the Home Manager and any Deputy/Assistant Managers to ensure Montrose Care Home continues to deliver the highest standards of residential and dementia care. You'll combine strong leadership with compassion, supporting both your team and our residents to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the care team to deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care.
  • Support the Home Manager in maintaining CQC and company standards.
