Responsibilities

• CQC EXCELLENCE: Driving us from Good to Outstanding by embedding ethical, person:centred standards across all KLOEs.
• COMMERCIAL GROWTH: Delivering sustainable growth by building care hours and successfully managing or securing main framework contracts.
• TEAM LEADERSHIP: Guiding a strong, motivated task force with calmness, clear direction, and the warmth needed to maintain high staff morale (Regulation 18).

What We Require

• Essential: Level 5 Diploma (or working towards it) and substantial Domiciliary Care management experience.
