Care Manager
East London (Hybrid)

Pre-registration rate: £21.97 - £24.72/hour
Part-time initially, moving to full-time

A growing supported living provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager role. You'll play a key role in setting up and leading a new high-quality service supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the setup and operation of a new high-quality service for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the care team as a Registered Manager in due course.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
  • Strong experience in supported living and autism/LD care
  • Leadership experience (Deputy or Team Leader level)
  • Solid understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
  • NVQ Level 5 or willingness to complete
