Leaders in Care are currently recruiting for a looked after children (LAC) social workers to bolster the team and stabilise cases for all. The team is a expanding and has recently hired an experienced HOS who is keen to ensure cases remain low and Children and Families are supported. Funding has been approved to ensure peace of mind with a 6 monthly contract from the off – giving you time to settle in and focus on building relationships with children and service users.

If you’re a social worker who enjoys being hands on and building relationships with children and families then this is the ideal team for you as you will be at the forefront of engagement and will have the opportunity to be impactful and part of positive change.

Social workers who join the team can request a condensed week, can work from home, and manage their diaries autonomously - meaning you are trusted to complete the work in a way to suit you.
