Job summary

Rose Court Care Home in London is seeking a passionate chef to join our Agincare team. You will craft meals that meet residents' dietary needs, contribute to themed dining experiences, and help run the kitchen smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

You’ll have at least 12 months of right to work, professional kitchen experience, and knowledge of IDDSI. The role offers 36 hours per week with alternate weekends off, and benefits include funded training

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a professional kitchen and understanding of kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience with complex dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create daily menus and meals meeting dietary needs.
• Support the smooth running of the kitchen and maintain high food quality, hygiene and presentation.
• Deliver meals with creativity to bring comfort and care to residents.
