A local charity in Sheffield is looking for a Temporary Deputy Manager to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will manage staff, ensure the wellbeing of residents, and uphold the charity's values. We are looking for a Temporary Deputy Manager to cover maternity leave and to work at our residential care home based in Sharrow, S11 8AY.
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 7:00am to 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 7:00am, to work 3 x shifts one week and 4 x shifts the next week, to include weekends (usually alternate) and bank holiday work
Pay: £16.39 per hour
All new team members are required to attend an induction at our training room in S13 prior to starting work in the care home. These are run every three weeks, starting on a Monday between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
