Are you an experienced care professional with strong knowledge of CQC compliance, quality assurance and care home governance? We are recruiting a Part-Time Operations Manager / Quality Manager to oversee Nursing and Residential Care Homes for the elderly across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
This position is ideal for someone looking to work 3 days per week while maintaining a meaningful leadership role shaping the quality and safety of multiple care homes.
As our Operations & Quality Manager, you will oversee compliance, audits, quality improvement and service performance across several homes. You will support Home Managers, ensure adherence to CQC standards, and drive continuous improvement across elderly care services.
This role involves multi-site support and is essential in helping the organisation maintain Good and Outstanding CQC ratings.
Covering multiple Nursing and Residential Care Homes across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Travel between sites is required.
