Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager.
• Experience in managing a Care/Nursing Home for older people.
• Appropriate levels of skill in Maths & English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal and statutory records.
• Liaise with CQC inspectors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing requirements and recruitment.
• Ensure effective inductions and training for the team.
• Conduct regular supervisions and lead team meetings.
