Registered Manager
North of Nottingham Sutton-in-Ashfield
£32,000 per annum plus bonus

Overview

A rare and unique role has arisen for a Registered Manager to work in a medium service based Near Nottingham. The home provides residential care for younger adults and older people who have a learning disability.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the running of the home whilst building and maintaining excellent relationships with outside agencies and local authorities. My client is looking for somebody that has existing experience of working with a Learning Disabilities client group and challenging behaviour experience is also desirable.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home ensuring that targets are achieved while providing the highest standards of care. As a result, knowledge of budgeting, marketing and resource management is an essential requirement and well as the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
