Job Description

We are seeking a permanent Care Home Manager to join a well-established care home in Stratford Upon Avon. The home has been newly refurbished with plans for further development over 2026. As part of a large organization with a strong reputation, this role requires an experienced manager with a proven track record and strong business acumen to lead the turnaround from a 'Requires Improvement' rating to 'Good'.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
  • Implement and monitor improvement plans to achieve a 'Good' rating.
  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial objectives are met.
