Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager

About the Role

As the Registered Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for residents. You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of the home, support and develop your team, and ensure full CIW compliance.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Regional Manager and a wider care group that values professional development and person‑centred care.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised management qualification
• A strong background in elderly and dementia care
• CIW registration experience, or solid Deputy Management experience within a care setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for driving quality care and positive outcomes
