Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a property maintenance or general repairs role.
• Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and compliance.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and contracted suppliers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair tasks with minimal disruption.
• Manage the maintenance budget and complete tasks to high standards.
• Perform ad-hoc decoration of accessible areas.
• Liaise with care home Maintenance Operatives.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
