Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for one of our Aberdeen area care homes. You’ll help to prepare meals and create a welcoming dining experience for residents, supporting daily life with warm hospitality. No formal qualifications are required; reliability, kindness and a willingness to learn are valued.

Prior kitchen or care sector experience is helpful but not essential. This role offers a competitive pay rate and access to training and development as part of our rewards

• Reliable, caring and considerate approach in a care setting.
• Formal qualifications aren’t necessary; relevant experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals for residents.
