Responsibilities

• Assist with meal time produce preparation, including breakfasts and sandwiches.
• Keep kitchen equipment and areas clean according to schedules.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Store dry and perishable goods correctly after receipt.
• Clean crockery, cutlery and drinking vessels using the dishwasher.
• Store pots, pans and utensils after cleaning.
