Job summary

Bupa’s Wingham Court Care Home in Claygate is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant on a bank contract. You will upkeep high cleanliness standards, support the care home’s welcoming atmosphere, and assist with upkeep of resident rooms and communal areas. £13.30–£14.30 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High cleanliness standards and ability to keep areas tidy and organised.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with other teams to ensure residents are happy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Ensure residents are kept happy at all times.
• Vacuum, mop floors, polish and maintain communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
• Manage housekeeping stocks and raise issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
