Qualifications

• Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Moving & Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality housekeeping/laundry service for residents.
• DBS Disclosure check is required (cost met by Avery).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all cleaning duties following worksheet instructions.
• Understand cleaning requirements of surfaces and coverings and use cleaning materials appropriately.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and personal spaces are respected.
• Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
• Contribute to a caring, supportive environment and collaborate with the team.
