Qualifications

• NVQ2 in customer service or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• Use of cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment, including carpet cleaners.
• COSHH awareness and health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in home environments or communal areas.
• Ensure cleaning products are used safely, with instructions and health and safety procedures followed.
