Job summary

The Triangle Care Home in Wheatley near Oxford is seeking a cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across resident rooms and communal areas.

You will clean rooms, bathrooms and fittings, ensure odour-free environments, and follow COSHH and care-regulations guidelines. The role offers £12.30 per hour with recognition schemes such as Employee of the Month and long service awards.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety guidelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To clean allocated rooms including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment.
• Cleaning bathrooms and toilets with attention to germs and infestation guidelines.
• Ensure rooms are odour free.
• Be familiar with COSHH statement health and safety.
• Deal with waste bags and disposal per requirements.
• Be familiar with care standards regulations governing the job.
• Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times.
