Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Chef for a care home kitchen in Lincoln. You will prepare wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and bring comfort to Residents daily. The role emphasizes menu planning, food presentation, and teamwork within a supportive HC-One environment.

You will hold a recognised catering qualification with food safety credentials and HACCP knowledge. A caring approach and commitment to Residents’ wellbeing are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised catering qualification (S/NVQ2 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Ability to plan menus and present nutritious, appetising dishes.
