In this role, you will support the General Manager and staff with administrative tasks, invoicing, payroll, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business administration experience and strong interpersonal skills. The administrator will be responsible for supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the care home.
As a Care Home Administrator, your focus will be to support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home. Your responsibilities will include collecting data for invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, completing payroll returns, providing clerical support to the General Manager, and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process of staff within the home.
