A leading elderly care provider in Northamptonshire is seeking a Care Home Administrator to support the General Manager and staff with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business administration experience, computer proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills. Job responsibilities
  • Collecting data for invoicing, and following up on non-payment of fees.
  • Collating information for payroll and providing clerical support.
  • Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process of staff.
  • Supporting the General Manager and staff in administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient management of the home.

Shift Details: 9 am-5.30 pm or 8.30 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to establish good relationships with all staff within the company.
Requirements
  • DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
