A leading care home provider in Downham Market is seeking a Care Home Administrator. This role involves supporting the General Manager and staff with various administrative tasks, including managing invoicing, payroll, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business administration experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be confident in computer use. As a Care Home Administrator, your focus will be on supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the home. Responsibilities include collecting data for invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, collating information and completing the weekly/monthly payroll return, providing clerical support to the General Manager and other staff, and coordinating staff recruitment and onboarding.
