A family-run care home group in Peterborough is looking for an experienced Admin Manager to lead the admin team at Ashlynn Grange Care Home. The role involves overseeing admissions, payroll, and HR processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop our admin team, ensuring excellent service and smooth day-to-day running of the home.
  • Oversee admissions, payroll and HR processes with accuracy and care.
  • Keep records and systems up to date, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Partner with the General Manager and central support teams on recruitment and resourcing.
  • Provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact for residents, families, and colleagues.
