Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care and Health Recruitment & Training Coordinator to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.

This innovative and unique role, which will be based within the Stockton Employment & Training Hub, is your opportunity to play a key role in transforming skills provision across the Tees Valley.

Please note this is a fixed‑term post until October 2027.

Role Summary

The Care and Health Co‑ordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the aims of the TVCHIZ Innovation and Skills Workstream are supported and implemented.

We are looking for someone who is:
  • A strong communicator and experienced relationship builder.
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach.
  • Passionate about workforce development particularly in the Care and Health sector.
  • Comfortable working across multi‑agency teams and managing multiple priorities.
