Elysium Healthcare is seeking a diligent Housekeeper for Stanley House, Bosbury, Hereford. You will clean wards, bedrooms, offices and visitor areas, supporting a safe, welcoming environment for residents with neurological conditions.

You'll work with the maintenance team to uphold high cleanliness standards, attend mandatory training, and benefit from the friendly team culture, career development opportunities and extensive staff benefits offered by Elysium Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
• Enjoy cleaning and take satisfaction from a job well done.
• Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively.
• Be a good communicator.
• Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures as defined by the Hospital.
• An active member of the team with a range of responsibility over the day-to-day operation.
• Maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all staff, visitors and service users.
• Helping create a positive culture.
• Undertaking any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
• Attending mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
