What does the role of a Care Assistant involve?
  • Companionship - being a friendly face and providing emotional support.
  • Supporting people with their personal care e.g. getting dressed and bathing.
  • Administering medication i.e. tablets, medicines, creams and patches.
  • Helping people to move around their home using safe techniques and equipment
  • Promoting people\'s health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full and as independently as possible.
  • Light cleaning to help maintain people\'s homes
  • Preparing meals

We Care About You!

We understand that you might have your own family to care for and this role offers the flexibility to work around your own home life. You can choose between full-time or part-time work; all you have to do is simply tell us your availability. We ask that you can commit to at least 2 shifts per week, and work alternate weekends.

We have early and late shifts available :

  • Early shifts - 7:00 am - 2:30 pm or 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Late shifts - 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm or 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team so to make this possible, we offer :

  • An excellent rate of £12.50 per hour with paid travel time.
  • Time and a half on bank holidays.
  • Additional mileage allowance of 35p per mile
  • A share of £300 every 2 months for 100% attendance.
