Job summary

S.N.G Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Worker (Driver) to support clients across Southampton and surrounding areas. You will travel between visits to deliver high-quality, person-centred home care.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with recent UK care experience preferred and an enhanced DBS certificate in place.

Qualifications

• Requires a positive, compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum 6 months UK care experience in community/home care.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Access to own reliable vehicle.
• Manual Handling certificate within last 12 months.
• Medication administration training within last 12 months.
• Enhanced DBS within last 12 months or via Update Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication, and daily activities.
• Offer companionship and help with community access to promote independence.
