This role is integral to ensuring that care delivery services are operationally robust, efficient, and aligned with their mission of providing compassionate, high-quality, personalised care.

Position Summary

The Care Delivery Executive will play a key role in the day-to-day operational delivery of care services, ensuring that care packages are coordinated, monitored, and continuously improved. Working closely with health and social care professionals, personal assistants, and internal teams, you will ensure that our processes are streamlined, compliant, and scalable while maintaining the highest standards of personalised care. You will also participate in an on-call rota to respond to urgent operational issues outside of standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership to develop strategies that enhance operational workflows, improve service scalability, and strengthen the overall care experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to refining operational procedures, implementing best practices, and supporting system enhancements to keep pace with a fast-growing healthcare environment.
  • On-Call Support: Take part in an on-call rota to handle out-of-hours operational matters, ensuring continuity of service and timely issue resolution.

  • Strong operational knowledge of home care scheduling systems, patient care protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, manage workloads efficiently, and maintain service quality in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with care seekers, families, and service providers.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
