• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of CQC / CI / CIW Compliance is essential.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

• Ensure Care Workers are matched to Clients based on their care needs.

Skills

Experience working in a Domiciliary Care Agency

Knowledge of scheduling and rota system

CQC / CI / CIW Compliance knowledge
